At MB Aesthetics we strive to provide the highest quality services for our clients. In order to do so, we ask that you kindly abide by our policies to ensure the best possible experience here at MB Aesthetics. Please take time to read all the policies below before booking an appointment. Thank you.
These policies are consented to online when booking and in written consent forms at the time of your service. Please allow up to 72 hours for responses to messages/calls/emails.
*Due to liability and safety concerns children are not permitted at appointments. Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointments as well.
*At this time we are unable to service minors.
*MB Aesthetics currently does not take foreign fills. If you are looking to become a lash client at MB Aesthetics you will need to book a removal and fullset.
*A 50% non-refundable retainer is required for all new clients with the exception of services requiring pre-payment. When booking online, all appointments will require the non-refundable retainer to be paid. Your appointment is not booked until the non-refundable retainer is paid. The non-refundable retainer is transferable for one rescheduled appointment at the discretion of MB Aesthetics. All cancellations and no shows forfeit the non-refundable retainer. IF a non-refundable retainer is not applicable to you, you will be charged 50% for a 48 hour cancellation and 100% for 24 hour and same day cancellations as well as no shows. No exceptions.
*A 3% transaction fee and tax is applied to all card transactions. processing fee and tax is configured into the non-refundable retainer price when booking online. The total price of the service without the processing fee is displayed during booking.
*Appointments will be declined/cancelled if you have been terminated as a client for no showing, not paying fees associated with MB Aesthetics policies or if you are no longer a good fit for our spa.
*When you book an appointment at MB Aesthetics, you are CONSENTING to your card being on file for any charges including but not limited to no shows/24-48 hour cancellations. A card MUST remain on file at all times while being serviced at MB Aesthetics. No Exceptions. Your card will be placed on file at your first appointment.
*If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 99% of the service amount or your non-refundable retainer will be forfeited. MB Aesthetics can not provide quality service when you are not on time. Every minute you are late up to 15 mins, that time is deducted off your service. No Exceptions.
* In regards to lash extensions, I go over after care with every new client. For new clients you have 48 hours to contact me with any issues you may have. Once you agree to the set, length and fullness before your appointment starts, that will be length you have until your fill. Any retention issues after 48 hour will require a fill to be fixed. Coming to your lash appointments with less than 50% extensions will result in a charge of a fullset. Failure to comply with after care instructions can result in poor retention of lash extensions. Coming to your appointment with mascara or eyeliner on your lashes will result in your appointment being cancelled. You will be charged for the service amount and you will need to reschedule. Failure to comply with lash extension guidelines and aftercare will relish in termination as a client.
*Absolutely no refunds on non-refundable retainers, services, skin care, or retail. Gift Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable. Gift Cards are good for only 1 year unless a specific expiration date is noted.
