Megan Booher, 30, was born and raised in Piqua, Ohio. She is a 2016 graduate of Creative Images, where she earned her associate degree in Skin Health. Megan is currently pursuing her dream of becoming an Aesthetic Nurse and is on track to graduate in March 2026. With a natural passion for helping others, she discovered her true calling in the fields of aesthetics and dermatology, where her heart found its home.

Recognized as one of the top lash artists and aestheticians in the world for her exceptional quality of work, Megan’s impact extends far beyond the beauty industry. Her passion lies in helping individuals reclaim their confidence, mental well-being, and sense of self at their most vulnerable moments. Through her work, she empowers clients to see their beauty again—often catching early signs of skin cancer and saving lives along the way. The ability to help others rediscover their self-love is a deeply gratifying mission that fuels her every day.

In addition to her work in aesthetics, Megan is an accomplished pageant competitor and the proud founder of The Beauty Box Project, a platform inspired by her journey as a Fibromyalgia warrior and her career as an aesthetician. The Beauty Box Project is dedicated to creating a safe space where individuals can rediscover self-love, confidence, and the understanding that true beauty knows no boundaries. Her mission, "Beauty does not fit into a box—beauty is universal, and our differences make us beautiful," has touched the lives of thousands of women and children across the country.

Megan is also a published children's book author of The Magic of Dwight’s Eyes, a heartwarming story about her cat with heterochromia that teaches children to embrace their differences and show kindness to others. As the reigning American United Miss Ohio, she will represent her state at the national competition in September 2025. This year, much of her service work is centered around the national initiative Comfort for Cancer, with a special focus on supporting pediatric and adult oncology patients. Megan is also in the process of becoming nationally certified as an Oncology Aesthetician to provide specialized care to women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation.

Outside of her professional and philanthropic endeavors, Megan enjoys boating, traveling, seeking thrills at amusement parks, and spending time with her beloved 22-pound cat, Dwight. She is passionate about giving back to those who need it most and takes pride in being a role model for people of all ages, while continuing to advocate for greater inclusivity within the beauty and pageant industries.
